The light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter and businesses everywhere will begin to open their doors once again.

It won’t be business as usual however, social distancing rules will still be encouraged for everyone’s safety and it might be confusing for consumers to keep track how each business decides to enforce their rules.

Here’s one place where Social Media can be a great tool for businesses to communicate to their customers what their new code of conduct might be when you go into that business.

You could use your header image on Facebook to spread that message or you could use a pinned post at the top of your timeline that lets your customers find that information right away.

As those rules change, and you make changes to your code of conduct, your patrons will know exactly where to go to stay up to date.

Another powerful tool for businesses to look to is producing a video showing your customers what new steps your business will take in order to ensure their safety and the safety of their employees.

With the change in weather people are eager to get back out there and get back to normalcy, so communicating with them directly and showing them how your taking their safety seriously will help everyone feel at ease.
